We’d Accept Your Order In A Jiffy, but ..

If we aren’t able to do that because of unforeseen circumstances or product availability issues, we reserve the right to cancel your order with due intimation. An SMS and Email will be sent to notify our esteemed patron about the same.

You Can Also Make Changes To The Order Placed, However…

You need to intimate Floral India about the desired changes over the Order Receipt Email/Sms received upon order confirmation as soon as possible. Please ensure that the changes required are communicated or replied to on email/sms, a minimum of 24 hours before the time of delivery. Or talk to our customer support here.(chat bot redirection)

However, once the order status changes to ‘In Process’, it will not be possible for us to accommodate changes in the order.

The festive season with Floral India witnessed bulk orders, therefore, we request you to please place your order a minimum of 3 day prior to the date of delivery for a seamless & delightful experience.

If You Decide To Cancel Your Order..

You can cancel your order with Floral India by replying to the ‘Order Placed’ Email/SMS sent upon order placement. However, if the Order Status has been changed to ‘In Process’, any kind of cancellation or modification would not be possible.
During festive seasons, the density of orders will allow us to be able to cancel your order only a minimum of 72 hours before the order delivery date/time.

Cancellation Policy:

1. Same day or next day orders: Non-cancellable.

2. Future orders with less than 5 days of delivery time: 50% cancellation charge; balance refunded within 7 working days on the same payment method.

3. Orders with more than 5 days advance time: 100% refund within 7 working days from the date of cancellation on the same payment method.

4. Undeliverable situations (incomplete contact details, incorrect address, premises locked, recipient not available, recipient refusal, non-deliverable area due to government precautions): No refund will be given.

We Need Your Confirmed Postal Address..

To be able to deliver your desired order as fresh as a peach and on time! However, if there is any inadequacy in the delivery address provided or incomplete information, a probable delay or inability to deliver your order on time may happen. Floral India will not be liable to for delays in delivery pertaining to incomplete delivery address information. No refunds or cancellation of orders will be possible incase of misinformation or inadequate information.

With Flowers being a perishable product, we at Floral India try our best to ensure fresh delivery of the order to our patrons at the earliest possible date and time. We request you to kindly provide a delivery address along with a landmark(if possible) so that your order gets delivered without any constraints.

We Might Make Upgrades To Your Product Incase..

..of the rare situation of having to substitute/replace it. We at Floral India aspire to deliver not only unparalleled products but also a seamless ordering and delivery experience. However, incase of inventory constraints in areas with lower seller/vendorship, we at Floral India would humbly request you to allow us to upgrade your order.

Incase of unavailability of a certain product in your order, our vendors will replace the same with a product of higher or equal value to ensure timely delivery of your order.

You are entitled to complimentary upgrades upon unavailability of the main flower of the bouquet. However, you will be duly notified a minimum of 24 hours before the delivery time about the modification in your order. In case of no response, the order will be delivered with the modifications to avoid any delays in delivery.

 

We are sensitive to the fact that Roses signify a certain emotion, therefore they will not be substituted for any other flowers even if it causes a delay. You will be duly notified about the delay(if any) from your dedicated customer service representative.

 

We request you to allow Floral India the liberty to use a different colour of flowers to prioritise freshness, styling and availability. We assure you that a team of accessory stylists are dedicated and will amalgamate the best possible bouquet/gift set for your loved one.
