1 Product...

For your convenience, please note the below for a seamless product order experience..

  • The product displayed in the image is representational, therefore may not be exactly the same. There might be a marginal variation when the same product is delivered. The bouquet may be fully bloomed or semi-bloomed to enhance longevity of your bouquet.
  • Incase of impaired product quality, despite our persistent quality checks, upon arrival, please do connect with us here (chat). We assure to replace your product incase of quality discrepancies, however, if not satisfied, a refund will be processed as long as the complaints comply with the refund policy.
  • If your order contains 2 or more products, and only one is damaged, the cart value of the same will be considered for exchange/return.
  • Please share damaged product image (via email, SMS or customer care chat), to ensure uninterrupted product exchange.
  • Please assert on the product page, under ‘Additional information’ if the recipient suffers from pollen allergy/food allergy or any product related allergies. Our advice would be to not order anything that may trigger an allergy for the recipient.
  • Products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless the same is delivered damaged and can be supported by an image within half an hour of delivery.
  • Under international deliveries, alcohol deliveries will be redirected to our associates from that region/country. We request all patrons to strictly adhere to the legal age of drinking in the respective country.

2 Delivery ..

Our endeavour is to deliver a product and complimentary services that guarantee 100% customer satisfaction. However, please do keep in mind..

As far as the delivery charges are concerned, we thoroughly secure your package/delivery. As mentioned along with the product, a delivery charge is levied for orders under Rs. X. However, an additional one day delivery charge is levied for fixed time + earlier than standard delivery time/one day delivery orders.

*Please note that Fixed time deliveries carry a 30 min buffer

Incase of unforeseen circumstances like natural calamities: unfavourable weather, riots, accident, political surge in the area etc no refunds will be possible for the same.

*Please note that the lack of a digital update on the order tracking link may be caused due to unforeseen circumstances. However, the status of the order tracking will be updated as soon as possible.

  • We urge you to confirm the address and time of delivery with the desired recipient before placing the order as potential situations like changes in delivery address, non availability of recipient etc won’t validate refund or rescheduling of order placed. The recipient will be intimidated via SMS, Email or phone as per contact information.
  • Please cohere to placing orders from/for residential properties, hospitals, non-public places etc. No guarantee of deliveries to public places will be given.
  • We reserve the right to cancel an order (within 24 hours of receiving it) that pertains to a product that is unavailable within a radius of 5kms of your region. If the order is placed less than 24 hours before, then the sender is updated promptly via SMS, Email or phone.
  • Anonymous/Incognito delivery remains confidential, however, upon a written request from the recipient, Floral India reserves the right to disclose sender on the 7th day. The sender will however be contacted before disclosure.
  • The sender will be informed about any legal notices received by Floral India.
  • All legalities to be addressed in the Delhi jurisdiction only.
  • Terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.
  • Modifications with regard to the order will not be accepted under 24 hours to the delivery time. Contact customer helpline at orders@floralindia.com or talk to us here (chat).
  • No changes and alterations are possible within 24 hours of delivery, prior to that must write to orders@floralindia.com or live chat.
  • If the requested delivery date is a public holiday, please note that the product will be delivered a day prior or after.
  • If order is cancelled within 72 hours of delivery 50% will be charged.

3 Substitution Policy

We reserve the right to follow our substitution policy incase of:

  • Non availability of the precise product as ordered. If Pink lilies are ordered and only red are available in the 5Km radius of your delivery pincode, a dedicated executive will seek permission(via email, SMS & phone) to get the same delivered.
  • Order being placed less than 48 hours before the delivery time/date. Due to lack of time to arrange the precise product, a substitute product of higher or same value will be duly dispatched, in keeping with additional complimentary service upgrades.

*Our substitution policy

When order is placed 48 hours in advance, but the exact product is not available, a dedicated executive will reach out to you and seek permission to substitute your order for the closest possible product. We will reach out to you via phone, email whatsapp and SMS. However, if the order is placed less than 48 hours before, Floral India reserves the right to incorporate minor changes in the product accessory detailing. In case of unavailability of the exact same product, we will replace the same with a higher value product.

Covid Precautions:

In-keeping with the current pandemic and the precisely incorporated ‘New Normal’, we adhere to the following pertaining to our delivery rules:

  • Contactless Delivery, if requested. The recipient will be intimidated via call upon arrival of delivery executive.
  • Delivery Executive temperature check half an hour prior to the delivery time.
  • Sanitization Mandates will be strictly incorporated from packaging, dispatch to delivery.
