Order Modifications

No changes, alterations, or modifications to an order will be accepted within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery time. For modifications prior to this window, please write to orders@floralindia.com or connect via our Live Chat.

Cancellation & Fee Policy

If an order is canceled within 72 hours of the scheduled delivery time, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged.

Availability-Based Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel an order within 24 hours of receiving it if the product is unavailable within a 5km radius of your delivery region. If the order was placed less than 24 hours before the delivery slot, the sender will be updated promptly via SMS, Email, or phone.

Public Holidays

If the requested delivery date falls on a public holiday, the product may be delivered one day prior or one day after.

Delay Due to Unforeseen Circumstances

While Floral India strives to ensure timely delivery of every order, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather conditions, heavy rainfall, floods, storms, natural disasters, traffic disruptions, government restrictions, strikes, public emergencies, or other unforeseen events.

In such situations, Floral India shall not be held liable for any delay in delivery. Orders will be delivered at the earliest possible opportunity once normal operations resume. Such delays shall not qualify for cancellation, refund, or compensation, as they arise from circumstances beyond our control.

Legal Jurisdiction

All legal disputes and legalities will be addressed and handled exclusively under the Delhi jurisdiction only.
