Standard Delivery Charges
A standard delivery charge is levied for all orders under Rs. X.
Premium & Fixed-Time Deliveries
An additional fee is levied for fixed-time, early-morning, or same-day delivery orders. Please note: Fixed-time deliveries include a 30-minute buffer window.
Express 90-Minute Delivery
For last-minute orders, our Express Service routes your order to a verified third-party vendor. After a strict quality check, it is dispatched immediately.
- Mandatory Requirements: Valid recipient phone number and landmark.
Our Guarantee: If an Express 90-minute delivery is delayed, the fixed delivery charge will be completely waived.
Address Verification & Recipient Availability
We urge senders to confirm the address and availability with the recipient beforehand. Changes in delivery address or the non-availability of the recipient upon arrival do not validate a refund or order rescheduling. Recipients will be notified via SMS, Email, or phone based on the contact details provided.
Location Restrictions
We guarantee deliveries to residential properties, hospitals, and designated business addresses. No guarantees of delivery can be given for unverified public places.
Order Tracking
A temporary lack of digital updates on your tracking link can occur due to technical or unforeseen logistical delays. Order tracking status will be updated as soon as possible.
Force Majeure (Unforeseen Circumstances)
In the event of natural calamities, unfavorable weather conditions, riots, accidents, or local political surges, no refunds or liability will be accepted for delivery delays.
